The young pannists delivered energetic and impressive renditions that truly set the stage on fire.
Next, the Junior Soca and Calypso Monarchs captivated attendees with lively, high-energy performances. In addition, entertainment continued with dynamic appearances from Showtime Productions, Lyrical Redz, Lyrics Man, Pandemonium Steel Orchestra, Halcyon Steel Orchestra, Xxplosive Band, Venom X, Soca Villian, Island Prince, Young Vice, and Kaution Band Intl.
From start to finish, the day celebrated culture, creativity, and community in extraordinary fashion. Families, friends, and tourists enjoyed music, dance, and the vibrant atmosphere.
On Sunday, tourism partners joined officials from the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Transportation, and Investment for the annual Tourism Week Service of Thanksgiving at Kentish Pentecostal Church. Apostle Dexter Laurence delivered an uplifting sermon and heartfelt prayers for the continued growth of the tourism industry. The service highlighted unity, gratitude, and shared purpose within the sector.
Looking ahead, Tourism Week continues on November 25th with Charity Day. The Ministry and its partners will distribute food packages and essential supplies to four charitable organizations across Antigua and Barbuda.
This initiative reinforces the Ministry’s commitment to supporting the communities that form the backbone of the nation.
As Tourism Week unfolds, the Ministry expresses deep gratitude to performers, partners, and attendees. Their contributions ensure the events remain remarkable year after year, promoting culture, tourism, and community pride.
