Former

A former All Saints Secondary School teacher has launched a give-back initiative. It supports students who need extra academic help.

Andrecia Lewis, founder of A.G.L Tutoring, led the effort. She carried it out on Friday at the school.

The initiative focused on students in classes 1A1 and 2A1. These classes mainly include learners who need extra academic support.

Lewis said the project comes from her strong passion for education. She previously worked at All Saints Secondary School.

She still feels a deep link to the students. She also wants to support those who are often overlooked.

On Friday, she handed out exam preparation packages. These materials were designed for revision and study support.

Students received tools to help their learning. The goal is to build confidence and improve performance.

Lewis said the project is very meaningful to her. She said she remains committed to student success.

“I remain passionate about supporting students who are often overlooked and reminding them that they are capable of succeeding,” she said.

Lewis also shared her personal background. She is neurodivergent and lives with Sensory Processing Disorder.

Because of this, she understands different learning needs. She believes students do better with extra support.

She called for more inclusion in education. Students with different abilities need encouragement and resources.

Support like this can also improve confidence. It may also help classroom performance.

Through A.G.L Tutoring, she plans to continue this work. She wants to support more students in the community.

She also hopes to advocate for neurodivergent learners. She wants stronger awareness in schools.

The initiative shows how former teachers can still impact education. It also highlights community involvement in schools.

It gives students practical help during a key exam period. It also encourages better study habits.

Lewis said she will continue outreach work. She remains focused on student growth and empowerment.

Overall, the effort promotes inclusion, support, and encouragement for students in classes 1A1 and 2A1 at All Saints Secondary School.
