India Appoints New High Commissioner to Antigua and Barbuda
India has appointed Chinmoy Naik as its new High Commissioner concurrently accredited to Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).
The appointment forms part of India’s diplomatic engagement with the Caribbean, strengthening its representation across the region. Naik will serve as India’s diplomatic representative to the three entities under the concurrent accreditation arrangement.
The appointment provides an opportunity to continue developing relations between India and the Caribbean, including cooperation and engagement with regional governments and CARICOM.
