A major luxury tourism development is planned for Pearns Point, one of Antigua’s most exclusive waterfront communities.

The project will feature a boutique resort, luxury villas, and a range of premium amenities designed to enhance the visitor experience while complementing the existing Pearns Point development. The resort is expected to offer upscale accommodations, wellness facilities, dining experiences, and recreational attractions.

Developers say the low-density project will be carefully integrated into the 160-acre peninsula while preserving the area’s natural beauty and coastal environment.

The resort will feature premium facilities including:

Boat-Accessible Beach Club: A private beach club reachable by boat to preserve coastal privacy.
Organic Farm-to-Table Restaurant: A signature restaurant supplied directly by an onshore organic farm.
Wellness Facilities: An ocean-view spa, fitness centers, and a dedicated racquet club.
Marine Center: A dedicated watersports hub for sailing, kayaking, and reef exploration.

The development is expected to further strengthen Antigua and Barbuda’s luxury tourism sector and attract high-end investors, homeowners, and visitors to the destination.
