During the summit, officials held 16 major meetings. These included talks with top cruise operators.
For example, they met Carnival Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean Group. They also engaged MSC Group and Disney Cruise Line.
As a result, several gains have already emerged. Cruise activity to the destination is set to increase.
Rising Cruise Calls and Projections
MSC Group confirmed 12 calls for 2026. Moreover, it expects 41 calls in 2027.
This also includes visits from Explora Journeys. In addition, MSC World Europa will make a maiden revenue call.
That visit is scheduled for December 7, 2026. It will bring about 5,250 passengers.
Meanwhile, Royal Caribbean Group projects 112 calls. Oceanus will add 52 annual calls.
