SEVEN CHARGED FOLLOWING GREEN BAY HILL POLICE OPERATION

St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Monday, September 7, 2026

The police have arrested and charged seven persons with multiple firearm, ammunition, and drug-related offences following a police operation at Green Bay Hill on Friday, September 4.

30-year-old Tyricke John, 28-year-old Kameco Elvin, and 23-year-old Kevorn Pennyfeather, all of Green Bay Hill, were jointly charged with Unlawful Possession of a Smith & Wesson .38 Special revolver and five rounds of .38 Special ammunition.

In a separate incident, the police jointly charged 33-year-old Geovanie Francis, Tyricke John, Kameco Elvin, and Kevorn Pennyfeather with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and two counts of Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.
These charges relate to the seizure of a Diamondback DB9 9mm pistol and a total of 14 rounds of 9mm ammunition.

Meanwhile, 32-year-old Shane Francis of Green Bay and 43-year-old Ariel Carr of Potters were jointly charged with Unlawful Possession of 317 grams of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply.

The accused are all expected before the court this week to answer to the charges.
