Antigua and Barbuda Reports Gains at FCCA Cruise Conference
Antigua and Barbuda’s tourism representatives participated in the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) Annual Cruise Conference and Trade Show in San Juan, Puerto Rico, held from October 12–16, 2026. The event brought together cruise industry executives, government officials, port operators and tourism stakeholders to discuss opportunities for growth across the region.
The conference provided a platform for destinations to strengthen relationships with cruise lines, explore new business opportunities and discuss ways to improve the experiences offered to cruise passengers.
Discussions also focused on improving port services, expanding local business participation and developing tourism experiences that benefit communities. These areas are important to destinations seeking to increase the economic benefits of cruise tourism.
For Antigua and Barbuda, participation in the conference forms part of ongoing engagement with the cruise industry as the country seeks to strengthen its tourism sector and build partnerships with industry stakeholders.
