HAPI has pledged support for a Bendals family after a devastating house fire.

The blaze destroyed the family’s home and left four people without shelter.

In addition, the fire reportedly destroyed all of their belongings.

Meanwhile, HAPI shared the update in a social media post on Thursday.

The organization said the family had “lost every worldly possession” in the fire.

According to the post, HAPI responded to a public appeal from Dr. Philmore Benjamin.

Photos shared online showed major damage to the wooden house.

Parts of the roof and walls were completely burned away.

Debris also covered sections of the property after the fire.

Furthermore, HAPI encouraged members of the public to support rebuilding efforts.

The organization called on residents to help the family recover from the tragedy.

However, officials have not released information about the cause of the fire.

Authorities also have not confirmed whether anyone suffered injuries.

Meanwhile, support efforts are now underway to assist the displaced Bendals family.
