Police in Suriname have arrested two people, including a Cuban national, in connection with an alleged human trafficking case involving the exploitation of a woman. Authorities say the suspects are accused of bringing the victim into the country under false promises and later forcing her into prostitution. They added that her earnings were allegedly taken by others, while she was kept under constant threat. Officials are now examining whether additional individuals may be involved in the trafficking network.
