Medical Benefits Scheme Relocates Office

Medical Benefits Building

The Medical Benefits Scheme (MBS) has temporarily relocated its Customer Service Department to allow for essential maintenance at its Roberts & Co. Building office on Nevis Street.

The department, which handles claims, cheque collection, and issuing status and contribution letters, is now operating from the cashier’s office on the ground floor of the MBS Healthcare and Conference Building, directly opposite Nevis Street Pharmacy.

Beneficiaries are encouraged to continue submitting claim receipts via the Nevis Street drop box. Each submission should include the beneficiary’s full name, MBS number, contact information, and preferred payment method. Payment options include electronic transfer, collection, or delivery by mail.

Cashier services remain active at the Healthcare and Conference Building. Employers and self-employed contributors should use the drop box for cheque deposits or pay electronically through Antigua Commercial Bank, CIBC Caribbean, or Community First Cooperative Credit Union. Cash will not be accepted via the drop box.

Contribution forms, including R3As, may also be dropped off or emailed to contributions@mbs.gov.ag.

MBS thanked beneficiaries and employers for their cooperation during the temporary move. The organization emphasized that service will continue without interruption while maintenance is carried out.
