Currently, he serves as Head of Sales and Marketing at APUA Telecommunications.
In this role, he oversees retail and commercial business development across a diverse telecommunications portfolio.
He leads market initiatives using strategy, data-driven decision making, and a strong focus on customer value.
Previously, Dr Henry held senior positions in transformation initiatives.
As Change Management Lead at Fresenius Medical Care, he supported enterprise-wide change readiness and ERP system migrations internationally.
Earlier, as a Change Management Consultant at Consumers Energy in Michigan, he guided digital transformation in a regulated utility environment.
He also served as Brand and Commercial Manager at the West Indies Oil Company, delivering consistent growth year over year.
