Additionally, he completed postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Business Adoption at Johns Hopkins University’s School of Engineering.

His professional experience spans over fifteen years across telecommunications, energy, utilities, education, financial services, hospitality, and global healthcare.
Currently, he serves as Head of Sales and Marketing at APUA Telecommunications.
In this role, he oversees retail and commercial business development across a diverse telecommunications portfolio.
He leads market initiatives using strategy, data-driven decision making, and a strong focus on customer value.

Previously, Dr Henry held senior positions in transformation initiatives.
As Change Management Lead at Fresenius Medical Care, he supported enterprise-wide change readiness and ERP system migrations internationally.
Earlier, as a Change Management Consultant at Consumers Energy in Michigan, he guided digital transformation in a regulated utility environment.
He also served as Brand and Commercial Manager at the West Indies Oil Company, delivering consistent growth year over year.
