Global hospitality company Kerzner International has announced plans to develop a new One&Only Resort Antigua in Antigua, with the luxury property expected to open in 2027.

The project will bring the internationally recognized One&Only brand to Antigua and Barbuda, adding another high-end offering to the destination’s growing portfolio of luxury accommodations. The development is expected to feature upscale accommodations, premium amenities, and experiences designed to attract discerning travelers from around the world.

Tourism officials and industry stakeholders have welcomed the announcement, noting that the investment reflects continued confidence in Antigua and Barbuda’s tourism sector and its appeal as a premier Caribbean destination.

The resort is expected to contribute to economic activity through job creation, investment opportunities, and increased visitor spending, while further strengthening Antigua and Barbuda’s position in the global luxury travel market.
