Organisers say the event will focus on expanding the Caribbean’s reach into Latin American markets, which continue to show strong growth potential.

Saint Lucia’s selection highlights its growing role in regional tourism development and its ability to host large international events. Officials say the summit will also provide a platform to showcase the island’s tourism product and strengthen its global profile.

The initiative is part of wider efforts by the CTO to diversify source markets and build stronger regional partnerships, helping Caribbean destinations attract new visitors and remain competitive in the global tourism industry.
