Roadworks will resume on All Saints Road (ASR) from Townhouse Megastore to FADI Building Supplies, the Ministry of Works announced.

Moreover, the rehabilitation project is part of the All Saints Road Project led by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda.

There will be two road blockages:

• Blockage 1: All Saints Road and Bendals junction by the stoplight at Townhouse Megastore (west to east bound).
• Blockage 2: Immediate right-hand turn into Briggins after John I Martin Racetrack (east to west bound).

Furthermore, a detour will operate near Briggins starting at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, until 7 am the next morning.

Flag persons will be on-site. Motorists are advised to follow all instructions to ensure safe passage, as heavy-duty equipment will be working near the road.

In addition, all businesses along the route remain open, so patrons can continue normal operations without interruption.

Stakeholders are encouraged to adjust travel plans in advance to allow for delays. Consequently, commuters may experience slower traffic in the project area.

The Ministry of Works emphasized that safety is a priority. Drivers should remain alert and cautious while navigating the detours.

In addition, the government stated that these works are crucial for long-term infrastructure improvements and enhanced road safety across Antigua and Barbuda.
