Carlisle Bay employee Kalin Fontaine has earned international recognition after receiving a major hospitality award for luxury service excellence. Moreover, Fontaine ranked among the world’s top 10 hospitality professionals for 2026.

According to a statement from Carlisle Bay, Fontaine received a 2026 Leading Quality Assurance Sirius Award. In addition, she placed among the top 10 winners selected from 100 recognised hospitality professionals worldwide.

The awards programme reviewed thousands of candidates from luxury hotels across the globe. However, Fontaine stood out for what the resort described as exceptional service and guest care.

Carlisle Bay also said Fontaine was the only hospitality professional from the Caribbean selected among this year’s winners from Leading Hotels of the World properties.

The resort explained that the Sirius Awards celebrate workers who deliver outstanding luxury hospitality experiences. Furthermore, the awards recognise genuine warmth, intuitive service, and memorable guest interactions.

Fontaine joined the Carlisle Bay team in 2018. Since then, the resort said she has consistently shown dedication, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
