Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed Kyiv is ready to move forward with a U.S.-backed Ukraine peace plan. He emphasized that discussions must include U.S. President Donald Trump and European allies.

During a speech to the “coalition of the willing,” Zelenskyy urged European leaders to establish a framework for a reassurance force in Ukraine. He stressed continued support is crucial as long as Moscow resists ending the war.

Zelenskyy explained that the Ukraine peace plan includes sensitive points requiring careful discussion. He encouraged open dialogue to ensure all partners understand Ukraine’s position.
