Two suspects are in police custody following a double homicide in Villa.

The victims, 17-year-old Omari Lewis and 18-year-old Brianna Clarke, were found outside their Hans Street residence.

Police reported that officers arrived around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, after receiving a shooting report.

Units from the Criminal Investigations Department, Serious Crimes Unit, Forensic Evidence Recovery Unit, and St. John’s Police responded.

Upon arrival, officers discovered both victims motionless and unresponsive. A doctor pronounced them dead at 11:53 a.m. and 11:54 a.m.

Authorities confirmed that the investigation is ongoing, and police are actively questioning two male suspects, ages 19 and 24.

Officials said the suspects are providing information to assist investigators with inquiries into the killings.
