Stingerz and All Saints Slam Claim Wins in Division 1 Basketball

Stingerz and All Saints Slam secured victories in Division One Basketball Thursday evening.

Elite Stingerz defeated Red Hawks 82-73. Meanwhile, All Saints Slam dominated Navigators 85-46.

For Stingerz, Joshua Minner led with 26 points. He shot 11-17 (64%), grabbed nine rebounds, and added four assists.

Keroi Lee scored 16 points and collected seven rebounds. Darnell Azille controlled the boards with 17 rebounds.

Steven Matthew added 14 points, hitting three of six three-pointers. Brycen Thomas scored 13 points despite struggling from the field.

The Hawks had an impressive performance from Humroy Wright. He scored 33 points, shooting 9-17 and 12-12 from free throws.

Bryce Smith and Cohen Desouza contributed 16 points each. However, Red Hawks shot just 34% from the field.

Stingerz shot 44% overall and dominated inside with 32-24 points in the paint. They built a 22-point lead at their largest.

Meanwhile, All Saints Slam cruised to a 39-point win over Navigators. The team displayed balanced scoring and strong board control.

Davon Fludd led Slam with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Andrew Daigle added 17 points. Andre Burnet scored 16 on 6-8 shooting.

Rolontae Knowles contributed nine points and 12 rebounds. Slam shot 43% from the field and scored 44 points in the paint.

The Navigators struggled with just 23% shooting overall. Their three-point attempts went 3-18 (16%).

Beniah Mark scored 17 points for Navigators but committed nine turnovers. Raheem Sawyer shot 1-17 for only four points.

Captain Tyreke Lewis managed seven points on 2-14 shooting. The team committed 29 turnovers, leading to 24 points for All Saints.

Consequently, Stingerz and Slam strengthened their standings. Both teams demonstrated skill, teamwork, and control in their decisive wins.
