Roads Improve in Bathlodge with Rehab Work
Road rehabilitation is underway in Bathlodge, Antigua, bringing relief to local residents. The Ministry of Works is fixing a long stretch of road that had fallen into poor condition from years of wear and heavy rains. The project aims to make the road safer and easier to use for both drivers and pedestrians.
The road was once described as being in a “horrid state,” but now its condition is rapidly improving. Health Minister Sir Molwyn Joseph and other officials visited the site to check on the progress. Their presence shows how seriously the government is taking these upgrades.
Across Antigua and Barbuda, the Ministry of Works is actively improving roads in several communities. This ongoing work helps connect people better and boosts everyday travel. For those in Bathlodge, the road improvements mean a smoother, safer journey ahead.
