Jamaica’s Prime Minister has called for a stronger and more united Caribbean presence on the global stage. He said the region must speak with one voice to protect its interests in an increasingly uncertain world.

He stressed that Caribbean nations face shared challenges, including climate change, economic vulnerability, and global security risks. According to the Prime Minister, these issues require coordinated regional action and stronger representation in international decision-making spaces.

The Prime Minister also highlighted the importance of deeper cooperation through regional bodies. He said unity would give Caribbean states greater influence in global negotiations and help secure fairer treatment for small island nations.
