Human Resource Professionals Set for LOUD26 Caribbean HR Conference

Human

Human resource professionals from Antigua and Barbuda are preparing to attend LOUD26, the Caribbean Human Resource Conference. The event will take place May 28–30, 2026.

Organizers will host the conference in Saint Kitts and Nevis. The venue is the St. Kitts Marriott Beach Resort.

Regional Gathering for HR Leaders

The Caribbean Society for Human Resource Professionals hosts the event each year. The organization is commonly known as CSHRP.

Over time, the conference has grown into a leading regional platform. It supports human resource leadership and workforce development across the Caribbean.

This year’s conference will run under the theme “Harvest of Inspiration.” The announcement came in a press release from the Human Resource Professionals of Antigua and Barbuda.

Participants From Across the Caribbean

The three-day conference will follow a hybrid format. Therefore, participants can attend both in person and online.

HR professionals, business leaders, and decision-makers will attend. Participants will travel from several Caribbean territories.

These include Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, Guyana, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Cayman Islands.

Delegates will discuss key workforce issues. These include employee engagement and workplace culture.

Focus on Future Workplaces

The program will also highlight several major themes. Organizers want to prepare leaders for future workplace changes.

Topics include leveraging neurodiversity and supporting multigenerational teams. Sessions will also explore modern compensation design.

In addition, speakers will examine strategies to build resilient and adaptable workforces.

Regional Collaboration

Rochelle James said the event represents more than a conference.

She described LOUD26 as a regional movement. According to James, the conference creates space for Caribbean leaders to collaborate.

She added that the discussions help strengthen people practices across the region.

Local Participation

Meanwhile, Antiguan and Barbudan professionals have remained active participants in past conferences.

Miguelle Christopher said regional participation is important.

He explained that the conference helps local professionals access best practices and new workforce strategies.

Furthermore, participants gain practical tools and professional networks.

Registration Now Open

Organizers say the conference will also include networking and cultural activities.

These events aim to strengthen regional partnerships beyond the conference sessions.

Registration for LOUD26 is now open. HR professionals and business leaders across Antigua and Barbuda are encouraged to register early.

The hybrid format will also allow virtual participation for those unable to travel.
