Food vendors in Antigua and Barbuda must attend mandatory meetings ahead of the 44th Independence Day celebrations. These meetings will give vendors important operational guidelines and assign vendor numbers to keep events safe and organized.

The National Youth Rally food vendors will meet on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium. The National Food Fair vendors will meet on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at People’s Place, ABLP Headquarters. Attendance is required to follow rules on hygiene, safety, and permits.

Vendors must also serve beverages in foam cups and have certified fire extinguishers for grills. Authorities will revoke licenses if these regulations are not met. These steps aim to ensure a smooth and safe Independence Day event for everyone.
