Charity Henry will represent Antigua and Barbuda this weekend at an international pageant.

The makeup artist and entrepreneur will compete in the Miss International Elegant Mothers Pageant 2026. The event will take place on March 15 in St. Martin.

Henry said her participation goes beyond winning a crown. Instead, she hopes to inspire young girls through her journey.

Moreover, she wants to show the power of confidence, determination, and strength.

Henry is a proud mother of two daughters. Therefore, she hopes her example will encourage other women and girls.

Born and raised in Antigua, Henry showed leadership from an early age. For example, she served as Head Girl at All Saints Secondary School.

Soon after, she developed an interest in the beauty industry. In fact, she began working in makeup artistry at just 13 years old.

Over time, Henry built a career that spans more than a decade. Today, she works as both a makeup artist and entrepreneur.

Meanwhile, she also gained experience in pageantry. These opportunities helped shape her confidence and public presence.

For instance, she won the Miss Teenage title in 2017. At the time, she represented All Saints Secondary School.

Later, she achieved another major victory. She captured the Miss Labour Queen 2022 title.

During that competition, she represented Gaston Browne and the St. John’s City West constituency.

Consequently, these experiences prepared her for international competition.

Now, Henry looks forward to representing Antigua and Barbuda on a larger stage.

Furthermore, she hopes to share a message of empowerment through her participation.
