Antigua & Barbuda Teams Ready for Global Ecobots Challenge

Young innovators from Antigua & Barbuda are preparing to compete in the first Global Ecobots Challenge 2025. The event brings together student teams from around the world to showcase their robotics and environmental solutions. Local teams, Ecobots and Ecobits, are training hard for the international competition.
The challenge focuses on creating robots that solve environmental problems. Teams will design, build, and program robots to complete tasks that help communities and protect nature. Judges will score entries on creativity, functionality, and teamwork.
Both Antigua & Barbuda teams have already shown strong performance in regional contests. They aim to inspire other young people to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Organizers hope this event will encourage innovation and environmental awareness among students worldwide.
The competition will take place later this year, with live demonstrations and awards for top performers. Students, teachers, and parents are invited to support the local teams as they take on this global challenge.
