Antigua and Barbuda Culinary Month is Almost Here! Are you Ready?
Antigua and Barbuda’s Culinary Month will return in May 2026, according to the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority. The month-long initiative celebrates the country’s food culture while highlighting local ingredients, chefs, and culinary traditions alongside international influences.
One of the main features will be Restaurant Week, during which more than 50 restaurants across Antigua and Barbuda will offer fixed-price menus at three different price points. The goal is to make local and international cuisine accessible to both residents and visitors.
The programme also includes the Caribbean Food Forum, bringing together leaders from tourism, agriculture, and the hospitality sector to discuss the future of Caribbean cuisine and food sustainability. The popular Food, Art and Beverage Festival (FAB Fest) showcases local food vendors, chefs, artists, and entertainers.
This year’s chef lineup includes James Beard Award winner Nina Compton, Top Chef Season 22 champion Tristen Epps, New York Times three-star chef Paul Carmichael, television personality Andi Oliver, and Chopped champion Claude Lewis. They will be joined by a wide range of Caribbean chefs, all coming together to celebrate the region’s food traditions through collaborative dinners, beachside cookouts, and festival-style events.
