Meanwhile, child protection amendments aim to strengthen safeguards for minors. They will also improve reporting systems and increase penalties for offenders.

Furthermore, the Government emphasized its zero-tolerance approach to child abuse and exploitation. Officials said the reforms will reinforce that position.

The Ministry of Health, Wellness, Environment and Civil Service Affairs will also present new bills. These include laws on food safety, mental health, pharmacy regulation, and medical laboratories.

Under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Immigration, new legislation will address immigration and passport systems. It will also improve advance passenger information systems.

The Ministry of Social and Urban Transformation will introduce updates on disability and equal opportunity laws. These changes aim to improve inclusion and fairness.
