Community Activist Reports Multiple Sightings of Missing Teen
A community activist is raising concern over a missing teenager reportedly seen across several areas on Sunday.
Mary John said the teen, Tejornie, appeared near the salt pond by the desalination plant close to Fort James Beach. She also reported sightings in Villa, Yorks, and along Central Street.
Moreover, John claimed the teen has briefly returned to his parents’ property during early morning hours. She stressed this information is critical to ensure his safety.
In addition, John urged authorities to determine where Tejornie is sleeping. Knowing this, she said, could help locate him faster and protect him from harm.
She also called on staff at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre to strengthen safeguards. This is to prevent further escapes before a psychiatric assessment and possible transfer to Clarevue Psychiatric Hospital.
Furthermore, John explained the teen requires a controlled environment to stabilize. She emphasized that proper supervision is necessary for his wellbeing.
Meanwhile, she encouraged the public to help in the search. Residents in Bay Street, Dredge Bay, Yorks, and Fort Road should share his image. She also asked them to report any information about his movements.
At the same time, authorities have not publicly confirmed the reported sightings. The activist urges continued vigilance until Tejornie is found safely.
John emphasized that community participation is essential. Every tip and sighting could help locate the teenager quickly.
Additionally, she highlighted the importance of collaboration between the public and health staff. Proper coordination can ensure Tejornie receives the care he needs.
As the search continues, John remains vocal about urgent intervention measures. She wants safeguards in place to prevent further risk to the teen.
In conclusion, the activist called for community support, better monitoring, and urgent attention from authorities. The teen’s safety remains the top priority.
